Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, including its rooms: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Check-in/Check-out Information: We recommend reading the information below to ensure a smooth stay and avoid any surprises: Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM. Flexible check-in or check-out times are possible; please contact us. Please contact us to check availability. This policy applies only when the booking calendar allows (no guests checking in or out on the same day). We charge a fee of BRL 80.00 for check-in and check-out outside of business hours on weekdays (before 8 am and after 6 pm), weekends, and bank holidays. CLEANING AND ELECTRICITY CHARGES: A one-time cleaning fee is charged. The apartment will be clean upon check-in, and clean towels are provided. Additional cleaning service: price upon request. Electricity costs R$15/day, but any excessive energy consumption will be charged separately. For monthly stays, the electricity bill must be paid by the guest. The rate is R$1.50/kWh. GUESTS: Overnight stays are not permitted. If you wish to invite guests for dinner or lunch, please provide their names and identification documents in advance so we can inform the building management and reception. Parties are not allowed. PGJyPg - Anyone who has not been previously informed will not be allowed access to the apartment. PGJyPg - SECURITY: PGJyPg - As is the rule in the building, before check-in, all guests must send us their full name and passport or identity card number so we can inform the concierge. For security reasons, the building needs to be aware of who is staying there; this is official access. PGJyPg - RESPONSIBILITY: PGJyPg - All properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or in their facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The guest will be responsible for any fines that may be applied due to violation of any law, convention or internal regulations of the building where the apartment is located. Payment of the fine will be made before departure, as soon as the owners are notified of the reason and amount of said fine. If notification arrives after the guests have departed, payment will be charged through the platform via direct debit. REASONS FOR EXPULSION: - If the guest has problems with the police involving illicit drugs or any other illegal conduct in Brazil, the owners will not be able to assist the guest in any way and will proceed with the immediate eviction of the guest without reimbursement. OTHER REASONS FOR EXPULSION: - Violation of platform rules.Disturbing neighbors, noisy parties, child prostitution, negligence, drugs, property damage, or any other harmful conduct. No noisy parties or noises should be held after 10:00 PM (Brazilian law establishes that loud noises must be stopped by 10:00 PM). If eviction occurs, the guest will receive notification from the doorman or the property owner.
