Front apartment, 7th floor, composed of living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Very well located a block from the beach. Full of all transport services such as metro, bus, taxi and uber.
Under the building there are shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars, laundromats, hairdressers and much more. A security deposit fee is charged, which is returned at the cost of R $ 500.00 up to 2 guests.

Great apartment! Very close to everything and a good area. Host is very easy to communicate with and the place is clean and comfortable. I stayed for 1 month.

Here’s a balanced, professional review in English that softens the tone while keeping your points clear:---**Review:**The location of this property is excellent. It’s very convenient and close to everything you might need, which made getting around easy and enjoyable during our stay.There are a few things future guests may want to keep in mind. The apartment is minimally stocked with toiletries. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap provided, and only about half a roll of toilet paper for a four-day stay, so we needed to purchase additional supplies. The kitchen has basic utensils, but no pantry essentials such as salt or cooking oil, which are items I’ve typically seen provided in other rentals.Electricity is monitored separately. Guests are informed of the meter reading at check-in and check-out, and there is an additional charge only if usage exceeds the standard allowance. In our case, we stayed within the limit and did not incur any extra charges.Also, the listing mentions laundry in the complex, but there is no on-site laundry facility. However, there are laundromats available within a couple of blocks, which was manageable.Overall, the location is the standout feature, and with a few small improvements in amenities, the stay could be even more comfortable for future guests.

Sobre suas observações, no meu anúncio não tá escrito que forneço shampoo e sabonete. Isso é de uso pessoal. A cozinha é equipada com todos os utensílios não sei qual vc se refere que não tem, tem pratos , copos, xícaras , talheres. panelas , liquidificador, cafeteira , microondas e outras coisas mais. A lavanderia é bem próxima do AP , não tem máquina de lavar No mais papel higiênico eu deixo no AP e sinceramente o AP não é hotel.
