The EVOLVE team that manages this property was great... our direct (local) connection person was not helpful and may be more directly responsible for the condition of the rental- which is my personal assumption after getting wonderful communication & help from the team's customer support. That being said- Check-in went perfectly fine. We received the rundown prior to our stay with correct information to get in. The property itself was not as clean as you'd expect a property to be when you're paying to stay there. The neighborhood was safe but neighbors were ridiculously loud through the majority of the night for most of our stay. There was a basic home security type camera facing towards the front of the property, but on the interior of the house sitting in the window- so we just unplugged it bc it wasn't even mentioned existing on top of literally inside of the house and who knows if the microphone was on and utilized to audio record. Our stay was for business, so we stayed our entire rental period (4 nights), had we been there recreationally- we wouldn't have stayed beyond the 1st night. Again, EVOLVE customer support took our information and were quick with responses and did what they could to help rectify the situation of the stay.
