A cosy self contained tiny home, located at the Iconic Monkey Island beach with the sea only 100 metres from your doorstep. Full shower, toilet, gas hob and solar power. Queen sized bed. Ideally suited for couples with fold out couch in lounge suitable for two children or one adult .Fully fenced section with off road parking.

Experience this gorgeous location in a modern off grid tiny house located moments from the beautiful monkey island beach. Set away from the camping area on a fully fenced section with parking off the road. The location is situated moments from an iconic southland beach, safe swimming area and an easy walk at low tide to Gemstone beach. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and views of the mountains and monkey island from this off grid oasis right by the sea. There is also the potential to see the stunning southern lights and dark skies, weather permitting.
