Location was great! We had our bikes and were able to bike for groceries and provisions. The ball field was in walking distance. The pool was absolutely lovely!! The only thing we missed in the kitchen was a kettle. We would stay here again

Great condo in Mesa!

This is my second time renting this particular condo, really great location~ place is stocked with essentials, nice layout, very clean and inviting! LOVE that it has 2 pools, quiet complex with super friendly full time residents. Great to check out local restaurants (12 West Brewery our favorite) and also be able to barbecue at home too. Will be back!

Nice location and facility. Better suited of 2 persons than 4 as a little crowded with 4. Host was very bad to deal with and did not help with issues. Host was a third party management firm that was very incompatent. Owner was great to deal with.A few minor issues with unit but did not really affect the stay. If do not need to deal with third party Host, this its a great place for two and highly recommend.

This spot is a hidden gem for those in search of a short-term rental. I stayed here for 10 weeks for school and it was perfect! Neighbors are quiet and the area is mostly family/ seniors. Everybody is friendly and really takes care of their community. The property is right next to the pool, the entrance is kind of hidden, and the property is placed in the middle of the community which gives it a safe-place feeling. The hosts were communicative and responsive. There is a Food City within walking distance and a farmers market right across the street. I wish I got to stay here during spring training season because the property is also next to a couple MLB spring training stadiums, which would have been cool to experience. The property comes with everything you would need to stay here for a while. Laundry unit, extra towels, pool supplies, kitchen tools, and even some board games. Parking is limited if you leave during the afternoon, but I never really had any trouble finding a spot. Overall, a good experience and it felt very homey. 10/10 would rent again!!
