We chose the Cozy House to be close to our niece. The home was exactly as described. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was the best alternative to a hotel we’ve found. Will absolutely book here again when we return to Phoenix.

Nice Stay!

Very nice property. Exactly as shown. The only thing that would have made it better would be a BBQ Grill. Patio could use some TLC!

This is a great location, and it was the perfect stay for my husband and me. It was simple and had everything we needed for our stay. Our Host was outstanding and very communicative, even when our flight came in late. The Master king-size bed was super comfortable, and the master shower was very roomy. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner were supplied for you. We did not use the other bathroom or bedroom, which had a queen-size bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, which we truly loved. The amenities were perfect with the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and two pickleball courts. There are paddles, racquets, baseballs, pickleballs, etc., in the garage for you to use.We took advantage of the pickleball courts and played just about every day we were there. They even have lights to play at night.Next time we are in town, we will definitely book this spot again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! Aloha, Jx2
