Hi Glen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're genuinely sorry to see that your stay didn’t meet expectations. As our very first guest since taking over the management of this property, we had reached out prior to your arrival to let you know how much we’d value your feedback. We didn’t hear from you during your stay, so we were surprised and disappointed to see a low rating without any comments to help us understand what may have gone wrong. We always strive to improve and would really appreciate any insights you’re willing to share. Your feedback would be incredibly helpful as we continue to fine-tune our guest's experience. Warm regards, MyStays
