Communication, Instructions for check in and check out & Location was excellent. Key collection was close, parking was easy, Room had everything you need including that stunning view. Towels and linen, bed and pillows where good quality, access to floor 66 with pool and gym along with the views was a bonusThe actual building had a cafe, convenience store just outside and it was a short walk to Queen Street mall, The Casino/ Skydeck and Southbank.We loved our stay - Thank you
