The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Basic sweeping and mopping of the house making sure there is no sand on the floor or any other surface.
Please place the trash in the blue bins under the house and push those blue bins to the edge of the street making sure that the opening of the lid is facing the street.
Kindly place all used towels and bed sheets on top of the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful visit. Thank you for making it so pleasant. We loved having such a spacious living area and also private bedroom spaces for each of us. The weather was mild with a nice breeze and no mosquitoes at all! Couldn’t have been nicer. It was just the escape we wanted. Thanks for it all.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We had a great time! House was just as described and we were thrilled to find a golf cart entrance to the beach at the end of the road! We all slept comfortably, only issue was finding extra linens for the pull out beds and we could’ve used an extra baking sheet for breakfast. Otherwise, the home was great and we would stay again.

Such a beautiful and clean place. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. The house is in a great location. Go stay! You won’t regret it. (The only reason I gave a 4 was because it was missing a few things that it said was there and we needed them…highchair and beach loungers).

Perfect location for a Beach Getaway

The hosts were great, the home was great and large enough to accommodate a large group. The beach was in our backyard and numerous restaurants and stores were close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend

Decorated beautifully and located in the perfect spot. Everyone was very impressed with the house and the expansive wrap around decks. Very spacious and decent parking layout. Would definitely consider renting this place again. The only few things needing attention:Sliding door leading to the restroom on first floor was off track If you go inside the upstairs bedroom at the end of the hallway on the left and close the door, you are locked in.. My daughter was in the house alone and was stuck in the room until someone return an hour later and heard her knocking. Very scary. The sink in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work properly. Other than those things I do highly recommend this beautiful home!!

Wonderful Surfside Getaway

The house was exactly what the listing described, was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Access to the beach is a short walk making visits pretty easy even with a family’s worth of stuff to haul. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful Stay Gorgeous Property

I cannot say enough how much we loved this house ! We will be returning here for future functions. Love how close it is to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need !

Great ocean views!

We had a lovely family visit. Very close access to the beach, and the ocean views are terrific. The property is very nice and well-maintained; and Zuhair was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

FAMILY REUNION

Beautiful and perfect location! We had rented 3 other locations and it was easy to walk down beach to meet up with rest of crew. The porch is amazing with a great view of ocean.

Very nice place to stay

This property is very nice for a family/friends vacation. Zuhair is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Just I wish the beds were more comfortable in the two of the bedrooms upstairs (the ones that can accommodate 4 guests each). Overall, We were satisfied and recommend this property.

So beautifully perfect!

Wow, amazing house. Amazing location! We just spent jeep weekend at this amazing location. The house is clean, well decorated, spacious, and perfectly located. The rooms were cozy with each of three couples having their own bathrooms. Views to the beach were next to none. We were able to set up on the beach close enough to use the facilities at the house if we needed. Restaurant bar within walking distance. Highly recommend this property!

BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE!

The beach house was beautiful and so were the views from the porches. Living room and kitchen are set up perfectly for enjoying family time. The bedrooms gave everyone enough room to be comfortable and the master bedroom was perfect. The location is the best, just steps from the water. And a very short walk on the beach to ocean front restaurants. Our week was great !

Quick Trip

The owner keeps the property in excellent shape. We had a great weekend at the home. It is only steps from the beach, and large enough for our family..and older dog. A wide ramp made loading and unloading easy, and dog friendly. The ocean views from the balconies were superb. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Second time to stay and will be back

This house is a great home for our family! Large enough for us to all have space. There were 5 adults, 8 year old, 2 year old and newborn twins. During the day our 4 local adult children came over. The house is great and the porches are great too.

nightmare experience

Thanks for sharing that. Here's a revised version of your message, written as a review. It keeps your voice and the seriousness of your experience, while organizing it for clarity. Let me know if you want to adjust the tone or add anything.---We had a truly upsetting and stressful experience during our stay. When we arrived, no one answered the phone numbers provided, and we had to call VRBO for help. The key box was wide open with no key inside. While we waited, my teenage daughters went for a swim. When they came back and got in the shower, they found a huge knife in it—completely inappropriate and alarming.Later, while they were in the carport in their swimsuits, a strange man showed up with a key. Nowhere in the instructions did it say someone would be arriving with a key, and the fact that he had access to the property without our knowledge made us feel unsafe. Especially considering I’m a completely paralyzed quadriplegic father traveling with my three teenage daughters. A woman eventually came by later with another key and had no idea about the man who showed up before her. That only added to our unease.There was also a sliced window screen upstairs, which felt like a security concern. We seriously considered leaving that night but it was late, and we had nowhere else to go. We ended up barricading the doors with chairs just to feel somewhat secure.I had asked in advance if the property was wheelchair accessible, and I was told it was. It was also listed as w

Great views from our balcony

This was a family vacation and the location was great, practically on beach. We had some issues with the doors on our beach house not closing properly. Front porch swing not safe, needs repair. Overall very nice house and accommodations.
