Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Laundry: Place used sheets into a pillowcase from each bed used. DO NOT WASH SHEETS. WE WASH THE SHEETS.
Laundry: Wash used towels. Ok to leave the last load in the dryer.
TV's: Be sure that ALL tv's play tv stations. If guests changed the mode (a violation) make sure they fix this before leaving . The last person leaving may not know about this.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

6 cars MAXIMUM may be parked at the house. Written permission required for extra vehicles.
