This apartment is located within the Sebel, Launceston. It has many great facilities including secure parking, gym, Blue Stone restaurant, Lounge area and is a quick 5 minute walk to the centre of the city.



The space has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious balcony, open plan living, kitchen and dining area.



Comfortably furnished it is ideal for small family's, couples or business travellers.

• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.



• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.

We absolutely loved the Apartment . The host immediately replied to any of our queries.The apartment was beautifully set up,comfortable,clean and tidy.It was central to all areas and the drive to the national park was only a few kilometres away.The city and marina was also within walking distance. We would definitely like stay there again.

My partner and I stayed in this unit for 2 nights in April and our stay was excellent. The Unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was heaps of storage space. The unit is part of the Sebel complex and situated in a great position, allowing us to walk everywhere. Having a secure parking space on site was so convenient. Communication with the host was great, with them checking in with us just after our arrival to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely come back and stay here. A fabulous experience.
