We had a great stay! The house is lovely and in a fantastic location, and June and Gil were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible with our check-in and check-out times, communication was excellent, and getting the keys was really easy.I especially loved flicking through the photo album showing the house’s renovation journey — such a lovely personal touch and a great reflection of the warmth and personality June and Gil have put into the home. The only downside was that the central heating unfortunately wasn’t working during our stay, which made the house quite chilly, particularly overnight in the middle of a Tasmanian winter. June and Gil did try to have it repaired on the day we arrived and let us know that morning, so we appreciated their efforts. We managed by rugging up and using the portable heater provided in the living room.Overall, a lovely home, wonderful hosts and a really enjoyable stay.
The house was well equiped and to the expectation seen in the advertisements. Central to City centre and we had everything we needed supplied in the accomadation. Very comfortable stay.
An absolutely lovely property in a great location. The house is well equipped, we cooked a couple of times and didn’t feel we were short of utensils and pans. Would definitely stay again
The home was perfect for our needs - beautifully renovated with everything for our needs.
The Hosts could not have been more helpful - it was a wonderful stay
We loved our stay, it’s a beautifully restored home with everything we needed plus more! Thank you June for your flexibility, we would love to stay again!
What a beauty, restored with all the mods and cons without destroying the historic charm. Everything we needed was close by. The house felt more like a home, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would definitely try and stay here on our next trip.
A beautifully maintained home. Hosts were easy to communicate with and even though it was -2 degrees one morning we were cosy and warm. Highly recommend this place and in a great location. Thank you
