Enjoy uncrowded beaches with easy beach access from this gated Mediterranean style development located in Perdido Key. This property was built in 2006 with all the amenities of home and features heated indoor and outdoor pools, transient dock, tennis court, state of the art fitness room, as well as sauna and steam rooms. There are also gas grills and dining tables near the pool area, allowing you to cook, hang out and watch the sunset while the kids swim.
This 2419 square foot end unit condo has 9’ ceilings and really feels more like a home then a condo. Enjoy dolphins, sunrises and sunsets from the large 366 square-foot wraparound balcony with breathtaking views of Ole’ River, Ono Island and the Gulf! All of the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable with three (3) king bedrooms and one bunk room which sleeps four. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and lots of storage space. Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms. Walk in laundry room has full-size washer and dryer.
