Perfect location. Easy beach access. Within walking distance to so many things. Easy access to condo from parking garage. Elevators function well/not slow.

Delayed Communication and Cancelled reservation

The actual condo was everything the pictures showed and being on the 4th floor was so wonderful! The communication with the owner was not good. It was extremely hard to get a hold of someone. We were told that they could open up our parking pass one hour before check in time. We were traveling with a huge baseball team and everyone else was able to get in at 12pm to use the pool and parking garage even though the room wouldn't be available until 4pm. When we pull up to the parking garage, I check my email and the owner had cancelled our stay. It took almost an hour for them to rebook us and blamed it on a computer glitch. We were still not able to get into the parking garage. The lady would tell us that she had to call us back multiple times and would never call us back. Again, the condo was nice but communication with the owner was bad.

Spring Break

The condo is fine! I had no issues with the condo. There weren’t any reviews which made us nervous first but it was just as listed. Being on the 4th floor was so nice! Our issue was parking passes and getting in contact with the property manager. We were told to just share a parking pass when we got ahold of an answering service but that’s a big no-no at calypso.I’ve stayed there before I knew this would be an issue. Our parking pass that we were sent (we needed 2) had the wrong owner contact info on it. When we finally got ahold of the rental they sent 2 passes that didn’t work and we had to keep calling to get it settled. It just seemed very chaotic and unorganized. There was a shooting across the street at pier park- which I know the owners have no control over HOWEVER this is not area we will come back to for spring break in the future.
