It's an older property, but the long driveway was so broken and overgrown we parked on the roadside. The upstairs toilet is badly stained and the toilet seat not properly fitted. The TV has a dark shadow from top to bottom. With no washing line and only one small clothes airer and six pegs it would not be sufficient for a family. The heat pump needs servicing as it squeals while on. The garden is well overgrown at the back and side. Only one dish drying towel was provided. On the upside, it was close to Long Bay beach, although the walk would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Only a short drive to Browns Bay, or the Albany shopping centre.
