With 4 parking spaces, swimming pool, barbecue, toilet, terrace, living room with 2 areas, American kitchen, maid's quarters, 4 suites, air conditioning, TV room with air conditioning and 55-inch smart TV, sound system, washing machine, workstation with printer. Energy fee separate from the rent. The space: We deliver the property clean, with all bed linen and towels. We include pool and garden maintenance service during your stay, and optional cleaning and cooking services. Guest access: The entire condominium area has three swimming pools, a soccer field, a playground, barbecue areas, a jogging track, and a sand volleyball court.
