The Space:
Set on a secluded mountain ridge, this property greets you with sweeping views of the Conondale Range. In the heart of the home lies a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring a large oak table and a cosy wood-burning fireplace perfect for cosying up in winter. Bi-fold doors open onto a cabin-style balcony, perfect for alfresco dining with panoramic views and a Webber gas BBQ. The country style kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking Range, twin Miele dishwashers, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a double-door fridge, plus plenty of bench space for cooking up a storm on holidays.
Featuring rich cedar wood floors throughout, this home offers multiple inviting spaces to relax and unwind. The lounge and library provide a warm, cosy retreat for reading, conversation, or movie nights, with plush seating gathered around a crackling fireplace. The home also features an office space with plenty of desk area for those who need to study or work away. Outside, the garden is ideal for playtime with the kids, while the magnesium plunge pool offers a cool escape on warmer days. This spacious home offers five well-appointed bedrooms, designed for comfort and privacy:

• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, ideal for children or friends, with storage reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

• Bedroom 5: A separate, spacious studio with queen bed and ceiling fan and portable heater (no air-conditioning). Plus a private ensuite with a toilet, shower and vanity.

*Please note this property is not suitable for more than 10 guests. We would appreciate no enquiries in regard to get togethers/celebrations of more than 10 people as the property is not appropriate for this. Thank you for your understanding. There is an extra nightly rate and cleaning fee required for functions (subject to approval by management and owner).
*NO pets allowed unless approved on request ($50 per pet fee applies), native wallaby families and red deer are on the property and pets need to be supervised at all times.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
