The location was excellent for me, but the entrance to the property was very dark , the steps weren’t attached to anything so were very rocky and unsafe, I found it very cold with no access to heat.

Thank Jo-anne for your response. We appreciate your feedback.
On the light to the entrance, the house is directly on the corner of the street with a street light and an extra switch in your suite for additional light. The communication lines were open but you only reached out regularly when you had locked yourself out which we promptly resolved. If I knew you wanted more lighting, would have told how to utilize it.
On the cold suite, I apologize for that also, but there is a heater in the storage room. Considering we were just transitioning from summer, wasn’t sure if you needed but the storage is right in the guest suite.
I apologize for your experience once again.
