This is a newly built basement suite. Perfect place for small family. It is located in the greens on gardiner (east end of Regina city). Closed to many amenities Shoppers, Boston Pizza, Star bucks. Cosco is 5 minutes drive away. Note:— Please note that there is no full kitchen just a kitchenette, No laundry.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The property was beautiful, modern, spacious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Host was very welcoming, considerate and kind. A 5-star place indeed!

We had a refreshing stay after spending the evening in the heat. The a/c was very welcome. The neighbourhood was quiet and we had a restful sleep. Thank you for having 2 bathrooms. We would stay again!

Clean and good location

We enjoyed our stay. A clean place and close to Costco. It was quiet and relaxing and has 2 big TVs. Our family enjoyed it.

Check in was easy to understand. Location was very convenient for us as it was close to other family members we were visiting. Owner checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We didn’t need the kitchen much but everything we needed was there including a collection of spices! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. It was very nice to have two separate living areas. All in all, it was perfect for our needs.

Lovely stay but I wish the listing was clear about the lack of an actual standard kitchen stove and washer and dryer for laundry.They had a tiny makeshift tabletop cooker which was extremely slow.Please bear this in mind if you're traveling as a family with young children and would need to cook on your trip.

Two separate suites

This basement rental is really too suites with each its own separate full bathroom, tv room, and kitchen. My son really enjoyed his suite since it has a huge TV. He could watch that late while I went to bed early. The owners were kind and welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable. This is the first rental we have stayed at with bidets and we used them every day. I wish more rentals would have them. We really enjoyed our stay here, and hope to stay again next time we are in the city.
