The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed (1,80 m), a Sofa (sofa bed) and sitting area (23 sqm), a dining room with dining area, kitchen, sofa (sofa bed), flat screen televisions, DVD players and stereo equipment, a bathroom (4 sq.m. ), a dressing room (4.5 m) with modern sliding doors and a heated oven. All rooms are on the ground floor (first floor). Outside, there is a stone patio with east exposure (17 sqm). The flat has no garden. In the house there is only this one apartment.


Because of the location of the accommodation in the south-west part of Munich, you easily reach all highways south / mountains and do not have to cross the city. The property is therefore ideally suited for day hikes and day ski excursions. At the same time the property is connected directly and perfectly with the city center. The journey time from the subway to Marienplatz Aidenbachstraße is only 12 minutes. With a bicycle you can travel directly nearby the river Isar in the city center.
