Welcome to our luxurious 40m² JUnique studio that offers everything you need for a great stay in Munich:

The 40m² apartment is in top condition and furnished to a high standard. It is located in the inner courtyard of the Pettenkofer Forum - super central and at the same time quiet.

The apartment has a comfortable queen-size box spring bed, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower enclosure so you can freshen up as you please. Of course we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.
Whether you want to work or just relax, the living area is perfect for it: work at the small desk, watch TV on the couch, read in the comfortable armchair.

On the small terrace you can start your day with a coffee or end it with a glass of wine.

Clean Apartment in quiet apartment building.

A cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. Good area in a busy neighborhood but lively and active. Close to the center (10 minute walk) and easy to access. Hosts were very good responding to any need. A great place to stay.

An oasis in the middle of Munich

You won’t find a more helpful, nice host - so welcoming. You are located in a great area - close to trains, grocery stores, the heart of Munich but in a quiet courtyard. We highly recommend this studio apartment.

Munchin central location

Nice place, easy 1st floor access, inside courtyard off the main streets. close to Uban subway one block away next to St Pauls Church. Kitchen was outstanding everything you need. Would have preferred a hide a bed instead of a small couch. Uncomfortable if you cant sleep together in the one queen size bed.

Comfortable and convenient to transportation

Roomy, studio apartment with all of the amenities as advertised. Ulrich provided detailed instructions to make it easy to check in and out. Close by foot to two underground stops, several grocery stores, the Octoberfest fairgrounds, and the main train station. Marienplatz and much of Munich's central tourist attractions are a 20-minute walk away.

The things I think make a property nice were Great at this place. Water pressure: GREAT. Hot Water: GREAT. Kitchen: Good, all appliances worked well. Parking: Private with easy access. Everything in the apartment worked well. Host was very active to ensure our time there was successful. He answered all messages very quickly and had precise answers to our questions. He provided his telephone number for "Tech Support". Our stay was made better by renting this place..................JS

L'appartamento si trova a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale,a poco più di venti minuti ,dal centro storico.Super accessoriato,molto tranquillo,ideale per coppie.Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono supermarket,negozi e locali per ogni necessità. Le foto sul sito corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà.Il proprietario non lo abbiamo incontrato di persona,ma è stato molto presente e disponibile, preciso nelle indicazioni, via mail. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia trascorrere un piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno a Monaco.

Sehr gute Lage, tolle Ausstattung

Ideales Appartement in absolut ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage hinter dem Bahnhof. Museen, Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreicht, selbst Schwabing ist zu Fuß kein Problem.Und Ulrich ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich sehr kümmert. Zu 100% empfehlenswert.
