We arrive at the vacation home and it was very clean, equipped with all a family could need for a month's stay and ready for us to have the vacation we wanted. The neighborhood is very peaceful, clean and safe. Many places to fish and do outdoor activities were nearby within driving distance, including a marina. We swam and fished in the canal in the back and had a lot of fun there (the home has bikes, kayaks and a paddleboard), also a charter captain came right to our dock to pick us up for a day in the sea and that was very convenient. Both Big Pine Key and Key West were 15-20 minutes away with all the shops we needed. Nearby were convenience stores, restaurants and more, all mentioned on the home's welcome binder. The entire rental process, from booking to departure was very seamless and all our needs and answers were met. We had a great family vacation at Out Happy Place and highly recommend this vacation home.
