The property has a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
In the large living room with integrated kitchen, you can comfortably prepare a delicious meal. The sofa can be converted into a double bed, so your accompanying children have comfortable sleeping comfort as well.
The newly created south terrace makes for a very special experience.
Whether you read a good book in the chill-out hammock or a glass of typical Lanzarote wine would indulge in the bubbling hot tub, here you will find romance, relaxation and luxury, all in one. The second sun-protected, equipped with wooden furniture terrace offers great views of the beautifully landscaped garden.

We had a brilliant week at the apartment in La Asomada. Great walking in the area and lovely to have the hot tub at the end of the day. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and the garden was beautiful.

Appartment itself is okay, basic but nothing fancy (great shower by the way). Outdoor however is perfect, yaccuzi with sea view, beautiful garden and a comfortable covered terrace. Everything well maintained. Very nice host

1. In de advertentie stond duidelijk : Airconditioning.Maar daar aangekomen blijkt dat de a.c. apart moet worden bijgekocht? 2. Er is dan dus ook nu in januari (‘s avonds 12 graden) geen verwarming. 3. De douche heeft een hééle kleine boiler, zodat 1 persoon max 3.5 minuten warm water heeft.En de tweede persoon dan min 20 min moet wachten.4. De WIFI is extreem slecht. 90% van de tijd geen verbinding. 5. De Deur tussen de slaapkamer en de woonkamer zou een schuifdeur moeten zijn, maar deze loopt onder helemaal vast Zodat open en dicht doen behalve veel kracht, ook een enorm lawaai veroorzaakt.

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen

Das Apartment hat alles was es im Urlaub braucht. Vor allem die Terrassen und der Garten sind sehr schön gestaltet. Der Whirlpool ist super, dass er in die Terrasse eingelassen ist, hat uns besonders gefallen, weil wir nicht „klettern“ mussten. Dazu gab es noch große Badetücher und Bademäntel. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Bad hat ein kleines Fenster, das sieht man auf den Bildern nicht. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und diverse Reinigungsutensilien. Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Haushaltsrolle, sind auch vorhanden. Das es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt, hat uns nicht gestört. WLAN und TV sind vorhanden. Ein gut sortierter Spar-Markt ist in 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hat gute Tipps, was Unternehmungen oder Restaurants angeht. Sie wohnt über dem Apartment, ist immer ansprechbar, aber man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Einzig die Matratze war uns etwas zu hart, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Super logement avec situation centrale

Logement très confortable, avec un très bel espace extérieur et jacuzzi. La propreté, le confort et le calme sont au rendez vous. L’emplacement est top, à 5 min de Puerto Del Carmen et ses commerces ouverts même le dimanche, 12 min de l’aéroport, et très central pour visiter l’ensemble de l’île. Nous recommandons à 100%, aucun risque de mauvaise surprise. Merci Mélanie pour l’accueil et la gentillesse.

Ferienwohnung Lanzarote

Kurzer, aber sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Melanie in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und einem noch schönerem Garten. Die Lage in La Asomada ist einigermaßen in der Mitte der Insel. Alle interessanten Punkte der Insel sind fast innerhalb von Minuten erreichbar, was natürlich auch an der "Größe " der Insel liegt. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Lanzarote kommen, dann sicher wieder hier. Liebe Grüße, Ulli und Brigitte

Für eine Woche im Frühling angenehm

Als Erstes möchte ich bemerken, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um eine Tiefparterre-Wohnung handelt. Dementsprechend ist der Schlafbereich(offener Bereich ohne Türe) recht dunkel. Gleiches gilt für das Badezimmer. Der Wohnbereich ist hell und gut ausgestattet, uns fehlten nur zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die sind zwar draussen auf beiden Terrassen gegeben aber beim kalten und regnerischen Wetter nicht so gut nutzbar. Klimaanlage ist im Wohnraum vorhanden und kann bei Bedarf für € 70,-/Woche genutzt werden.Auch reichlich Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bademantel vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ruhig und gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist notwendig.

Wunderbarer Garten

Wunderbare Aussicht vom Whirlpool aus, ein Highlight abends darin zu liegen und den Sternenhimmel zu betrachten. Das Bett ist eher hart (wie allerdings überall auf der Insel wo ich übernachtet habe, ich bin wasserbettverwöhnt ;-) ), aber das Sofa ist wunderbar weich und bequem dafür. Falls es für jemanden wichtig ist, es hat deutsche TV Sender.

Ruhige und erholsame Woche

Alles lief sehr gut und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vorab haben wir die Wegbeschreibung bekommen. Mit dieser haben wir die Unterkunft hervorragend gefunden. Wir klingelten am Tor und Melanie kam sofort und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und entspricht genau den Bildern. Der Garten ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war Spülmittel, Schwamm, Lappen und Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Ebenfalls Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Es gab einen großen Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach. Im Bad ist u.a. auch die Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel und Weichspüler. Ebenfalls sind ausreichend Handtücher, Badetücher, Strandtücher, 2x Bademantel und Handseife vorhanden. Im Flur zwischen Küche/Wohnbereich und Bad ist ein großer Kleiderschrank. In diesem ist ausreichend Platz auf Stangen oder Fächer. Es sind viele Kleiderbügel vorhanden und sogar ein Fach für Schuhe. Das Schlafzimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Matratze ist ziemlich hart. Leider gab es nur ein kleines Kissen im Bett. War uns persönlich zu klein. Fliegengitter gab es im Schlafzimmer und im Bad. Terrassen gab es zwei. Eine Windgeschützte am Eingang und die andere am Jacuzzi. Beide sind toll und haben gute und bequeme Möbel. Der Jacuzzi ist natürlich super. Man kann ihn auf Abends etwas heizen, dass er angenehm warm war. Perfekt! Es gab auch eine Dusche im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Melanie war immer erreichbar bei Fragen und half sofort weiter. Sie ist wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Wir wurden durch keine Geräusche oder ähnliches gestört. Für alle die eine ruhige Unterkunft suchen ist es klasse. Wir durften auch 2 Stunden länger bleiben, obwohl am selben Tag noch Gäste gekommen sind. Vielen Dank dafür! Es gab noch: Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, großer Wäscheständer, Wäschekorb und Wäscheklammern, Staubsauger, Eimer, Besen, Bücher, Stifte zum Malen, Desinfektionsmittel, Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine, Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse, Hängematte im Garten, Küchenrolle, Backpapier und Frischhaltefolie.

Fantastic time at La Asomada

We originally booked Melanie's property for March 2019, however due to the pandemic had to rearrange, not once but twice. Melanie was very understanding and obliging on both occasions and when we finally got to visit had a lovely holiday. The property was spotless and has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The outside space is an added bonus with fantastic views over the coast and of course the hot tub. I would definitely recommend spending time at this lovely property. Melanie is a fantastic host and even helped us book our covid antigen tests at a local clinic prior to our return to the UK.

Great base for exploring the island

Quite central so great access to all corners of the island with nothing more than half an hour away. One of only a few places with a proper garden and no pool so ideal for families with young children. Clean, quiet and big enough for a small family if you don't mind sleeping on a couch and the children sharing a bed.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Garten

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt sehr ruhig etwas abseits vom Touristenstrom, jedoch recht zentral um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen, und auch der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Wunderschön ist der große Garten mit Meerblick und die Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Gerne würden wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Wunderschön erholsamer Aufenthalt

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Viel Platz für zwei, alles da, was man braucht, alles funktioniert. Sogar Bademäntel und Badetücher zur Strandnutzung gab es. Im Bett (durchgehende Matratze und gemeinsame Decke) haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, nur die Couch könnte vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Umfangreiches deutsches Fernsehen. Das Schönste ist die Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten und vor allem dem Whirlpool, den wir am Abend immer genutzt und unter den Sternen geträumt haben. Dabei Blick in den schönen Palmen-/Kakteengarten und bis zum Meer, ohne dass die nähere Umgebung dabei ins Auge fallen würde. Im Ort selbst ist nicht viel (nur Bar mit unklaren Öffnungszeiten), aber nach kurzer Fahrt guter Supermarkt und Restaurants in Macher und Tias. Überhaupt ist man schnell überall auf der Insel, gute Anbindung sowohl in den Süden zu den Stränden als auch nach Norden ins Weinbaugebiet und zum Nationalpark und nach Famara. Melanie hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt, eine Flasche Wein und Wasser gab es auch, und wäre auch bestimmt jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen, wir hatten aber keine Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wenn wieder Lanzarote, dann wieder hier.

Beautiful position on a Lanzarote hillside.

Lovely apartment with stunning sea views surrounded by a gorgeous cactus garden. You are not overlooked and can enjoy all day sunshine and then sink into a hot tub with a bottle of bubbly.
