Located on the top floor it has two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen - fully equipped with all mod cons. Every single room of the house enjoys magnificent picture frame window views of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean.

Outside; a huge terrace area with BBQ and a large swimming pool exclusive for our guests to enjoy sun from the morning until late in the evening. A second, more cosy terrace area surrounded by a beautiful garden is perfect to enjoy the very last rays of sun for the day.

The property has free Internet WiFi (WiFi), a Smart TV with select satellite channels and a DVD player.

A five minute walk away you will find lively Puerto Calero, a marina full of excellent restaurants, bars and designer shops that also often hosts some of the most impressive Super yacht's of the world. Whether you enjoy relaxing with a drink and a bite to eat, or shopping for the latest designer clothes - Puerto Calero has it all.
