Welcome to Settlers Cove, a stunning coastal retreat with a relaxed, beachy vibe. Located just minutes from the heart of Sorrento, this beautifully designed Sorrento holiday rental offers the perfect getaway with plenty of space and a range of luxury features, including a pool, spacious outdoor entertaining areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll notice the soft, coastal-inspired design that flows throughout the home. High pitched ceilings, barn-style doors, and large windows of different shapes fill the rooms with natural light, creating a fresh, airy feel. The living area is the heart of the home, with comfy sofas, an ottoman, and an ornamental fireplace, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Large triangular windows high in the pitched roof bring in plenty of natural light and a view of the sky.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen is a dream. Equipped with Miele appliances, including an oven, steam oven, and induction cooktop, this kitchen is both functional and stylish. The island bench featuring a beautiful marble benchtop is perfect for preparing casual meals or entertaining, and the adjoining butler’s pantry has everything you need, from a bar fridge and air fryer to a coffee machine and microwave. The view from the kitchen window looks out over a small well maintained garden complete with bird house.

The home offers three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and ample storage with built-in robes. The master bedroom features its own ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. All bedrooms are designed to be light, peaceful, and airy, with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The family bathroom is beautifully finished, with a large bathtub, separate shower, and plenty of natural light.

The L shaped couch (which is also a double sofa bed), TV, and books create a calm atmosphere, while a small balcony with wicker chair and foot stool, offers a lovely view of the pool and landscaped garden. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the breeze.

Outside, you’ll discover the stunning outdoor spaces of Settlers Cove. The large undercover deck features alfresco dining, a corner couch, a day bed, a hand basin and a large ceiling fan—perfect for lounging or enjoying meals in style. The heated pool (seasonal heating Oct-April) complete with sun loungers is accessible via a pool gate adjacent to the deck, At the side of the house, you’ll find a completely undercover BBQ area, equipped with a pizza oven, BBQ with rotisserie, and Paella cooker—ideal for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The area also includes a basin, fridge/freezer, and easy access from both the kitchen and outdoor living areas.

For those who love the outdoors, the garden is a real treat. With a well-maintained lawn, herb pots, and a fire pit area surrounded by large rocks for seating, there’s plenty of space to relax, take in the fresh air, or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire. The outdoor shower and washing line are accessible by stepping stones at the back of the house.

Settlers Cove is also ideally located just a short walk from the Sorrento shops and Sorrento beaches. The village is around 20 minutes on foot, the Bay Beach is just 13 minutes away, and Diamond Bay Beach is only 6 minutes away – giving you plenty of options to explore, relax, and enjoy the stunning coastline.

The public tennis courts at Tuckey Track Reserve are just a short walk from the house. Racquets and tennis balls are provided at the house, so you’re all set for a game. You can book a court in advance using the sign-up book located at the reserve. There are also communal BBQs available.
