This property is perfectly located five minutes from all Sapphire amenities and is more than stocked with supplies. The host is excellent in his communication and helpful. The house is a bit over-furnished and feels slightly cluttered because of it, but it felt homey and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the (gas line) grill is ancient and not functional...felt unsafe. But, I want to stress that Bill is an excellent host. The house is well appointed, perfectly located and very homey.
