Spacious 3BR Near Airport | Private Entry, Full Kitchen & BBQ

Welcome to a spacious three-bedroom guest retreat, ideal for families, groups and business travellers. Your group will have a private entrance, three queen bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a full bathroom exclusively for your use.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION

The host lives in a separate private basement unit and uses the rear entrance. To reach that entrance, the host may occasionally pass briefly through the kitchen.

The full kitchen is provided for guest use. A lockable privacy door separates the kitchen from the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. These areas are exclusively yours and are never accessed by the host during your stay. Please book only if you are comfortable with this arrangement.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Check-in anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out by 11:00 AM Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—thanks for keeping things peaceful.

Only registered guests are allowed in the home, otherwise an extra guests charge will be added worth $50 per individual per night.

Smoking allowed outside home only, A fine of $200 will be charged otherwise. Washer/Dryer available for stays 5 days or longer upon request.
