Check out is strictly 10am please. Please take bins out on Monday.
If children have stayed, please return toys and items for entertainment to their original places.
If the BBQ was used, please make sure it is clean and with the cover back on ready for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Mornington Peninsula Council code of Conduct applies - so no parties/ events, no schoolies, no visitors or gatherings or risk immediate eviction.
We appreciate if noise level remained respectful to neighbours - the apartments quiet time is 10pm to 7am.
Please alert us of any breakages/damage during your stay prior to departing the property, to ensure the space is prepared for our next guest.

Lovely location for our winter break

We enjoyed our night away. Nice and close to drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs as well as go for a walk along the beach.

Great communication with host, clear and simple instructions to gain access to the property. Good amenities and kitchen ware/ utensils etc. Welcoming chocolates in unit on arrival was a nice touch. Unit was well presented and very clean.

We had such a fantastic stay here for our girls’ weekend! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the main shops, around the corner from lots of great food options, and right across from the beach. The property itself was beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were super cozy, and the bathroom was lovely. The host was so responsive and organised, and their instructions made everything really easy. We had the best time and will definitely be back — highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
