Just a stone’s throw from some of Mornington’s most beautiful beach walks and coastal views, this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom cottage offers a welcoming home away from home. Sleeping up to six guests, it is an ideal place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything the Peninsula has to offer.

Inside, the home is bright, fresh, and open, with crisp white interiors, a brand-new kitchen, and modern appliances. There is plenty of room to spread out, with two living and dining areas and a newly renovated disability-friendly bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area makes it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together.

Guests have the entire property to themselves, including a covered back verandah with comfortable seating, a separate laundry, and a fully fenced garden that is safe for dogs. It's a very peaceful neighbourhood, so no noise after 9.30 pm Take out bins Wednesday night and bring in bins the next day. Thank you
There is no smoking inside the house or on the back garden decking.
Doggie Friends are not allowed on the furniture. Please bring a dog bed/blanket for them to sleep on.
