Surfside Shores 2902 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 9th floor. Located just one mile west of The Hangout and close to all area attractions, Surfside Shores features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.



Unit Features:



• Gulf-facing balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four with two additional barstools



• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit



• Living area has a sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Parking for a maximum of two cars



Regular passes (1–14 days): $31.20 each plus tax with a credit card, or $30.00 each plus tax with cash



Special passes (15–30 days): $41.60 each plus tax with a credit card, or $40.00 each plus tax with cash



New passes must be purchased every 30 days for long-term renters

The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. Our family of four adults and two children enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The only issue was the elevator stopped working, but they responded quickly and got it fixed.

We had a wonderful time! The layout of the condo was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The most amazing part was the balcony chairs and table set up! This is where we spent a lot of time and the view was amazing!! Sunrises and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! It was our first time staying and we hope to return next year!

The set up was great for our family. We utilized the kitchen daily and loved the coffee area! The elevator on property was quick and one day down for a couple hrs but they were onsite quickly to fix. The xplorie is a great perk and easy to book through!
