Welcome to Royal Palms 206, a direct Gulf-front condo on the 2nd floor with a private balcony and panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. We’re local owners and are hands-on with our condo—keeping it clean, comfortable, and ready for a relaxing family beach vacation.

One of the best features for families is the drive-up access to the 2nd-floor level, so unloading is quick and easy without waiting on elevators. Plus, keyless entry makes check-in simple—no keys to pick up or keep track of.

- Hallway bunks (best for kids; not recommended for adults or tall children)

- Two full bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Coffee setup: Keurig AND a regular drip coffee pot
- Stackable washer/dryer in unit

PARKING INFO (PLEASE READ)
- Two parking spaces allowed per reservation
- One parking pass is included with your reservation
- An additional parking pass may be purchased if needed
- Parking permits are required — each vehicle must have a parking permit at all times

IMPORTANT: The turn up the ramp to the 2nd-floor parking is very tight. We strongly recommend oversized/large vehicles do not park on the 2nd floor.

LOCATION (LESS CROWDED BEACH!)
Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores—perfect for families who want more space to spread out and enjoy the shoreline.

SMOKE-FREE POLICY
- No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.

Perfect spot for a relaxing get away

We stayed in 206 and it was so easily accessible and we didn't have to mess with the elevator (bonus!) but were not on the ground floor so the view was amazing. Everything was super comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Gulf Shores!

Amazing stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Jason and his wife went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was a DREAM! The house was fully stocked with anything you needed plus extras (sand toys, nets for the kids seashell adventure, plenty of extra blankets etc.) they even provided a list of their recommendations to do in the area with kids for us! We can’t wait to be back!!

Nice quiet condo with a beautiful view! Beach is not crowded and the staff is super nice. This was our 2nd time staying at Royal Palms and will continue our business here in the future!

We love Gulf Shores and the wonderful family environment. We have been coming to Gulf Shores since 2001 and have made many trips each year. We own several units and really enjoy working with and meeting new families and helping the with building wonderful memories.

Why they chose this property

Love the location. This property is located to the State Park and walking distance from the Pier which means the beaches are never crowded. Royal Palms also is one of a few complex's that offer a dedicated indoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool. The other great benefit with this unit is that it is located on the second floor and you can actually drive up to the second floor and park eliminating the need to wait in line for an elevator.
