Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us at Market View Condo. We appreciate the suggestion about adding a soap holder in the shower and will certainly look into that improvement. During your stay we were happy to assist when you reached out about the iron and ironing board, and we’re always glad to help if guests need anything. Our cleaner also left individual bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for guests to enjoy as an added convenience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you safe travels. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay was impacted by the unexpected maintenance activity. As soon as you heard what you believed to be construction, you sent us a message and then immediately called. Shortly after our conversation the noise stopped. We also arranged for someone to address the wasp nest you reported. You had expressed that you wanted to end your stay and requested a refund for the unused nights. Although the maintenance activity was outside of our control, we accommodated your request by promptly modifying your reservation and processing the refund. After those changes had already been completed, you let us know that you would have preferred to remain at the property, but by that time the reservation had already been adjusted. We always strive to respond quickly to guest concerns and work toward a fair resolution whenever unexpected situations arise.
