This was the perfect Condo for our stay. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, and Kitchen was fully stocked. The European Village has lots of shops and restaurants on the first floor which is really nice!

Amazing stay

Great place very clean! Great location right near some nice walkways along the canals and nice and quiet area overall. Very easy process with lots of communication! Overall a fantastic stay!

Great place

Fantastic hosts and very responsive. Outside of the neighbor who smokes every 5 min the stay was a perfect location, close to everything and a jump away to hammock beach and all local beaches

Great time in Palm Coast

What fun we had at European Village! Restaurants, shops and weekend entertainment! Comfortable accommodations, things to do and near the beach. Sunday farmers market was super!

Update kitchen pots and pans: screw lose in ten inch frying pan ( additional plates, pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, storage containers)Lightening; extremely poor ; should replace all burned out bulbs, difficult to see to put on makeup in the bathroom and to cook in the kitchen (Recommend LED daylight bulbs and additional lamps )Update furniture: All furniture is very uncomfortable . The couch is worn out. Mattresses need to be replaced ( very uncomfortable) We left early due to lack of comfort. High back stools needed at kitchen table. (Dining stools uncomfortable and loud to move)Needed: broom and mop /Vacuum cleaner does not work properly.You would have a jam up vacation rental if you were to incorporate our suggestions. Great location . Very clean!!! Ample amount of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, tissue, hand soap etc. Greatly appreciated!

We had a great stay at this property! Roman communicated effectively prior to our stay and during our stay. I really appreciated the detailed photo instructions for accessing the property and designated parking spot. The space was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved that there were so many dining options just steps away and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the music from the court yard. Thanks for a great stay Roman! We will definitely book with you again if we’re ever in the area.

Enjoyable stay

Roman was an excellent host. His directions on how to access the condo were very easy to follow and he was very fast to reply to any questions. The condo is in an excellent location to enjoy the free entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We felt safe staying there. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Had to leave the rental unit within a few hours from check-in as a neighboring unit was smoking and the smell was so strong in the unit I was renting. While this unit is a non-smoking unit, other units within this building allow smoking.

Grateful for our stay

We enjoyed our stay and were glad to finally see the shops open at night, were hoping they'd be open in mornings especially the cafe. The neighbor came out on balcony to smoke when I tried to enjoy a cup of coffee which sent me back inside. could've been a little cleaner and stocked a little nicer BUT I'm in the interior design industry so I'm pretty picky that way.
