Everything was as expected except for the fact that the bathroom for the 2nd floor bedroom was downstairs and The bathroom sink was extremely small (an adult will only fit sideways to use it). Also, There was no mirror in that bathroom.

Sent the weekend, property contact was awesome. House was clean, everything you needed was there. Location to beach and main areas great, everything walking distance. Cute little town. If you’re looking for a quiet beach vacation close to everything this is the place to be.

This is a spacious property in a fantastic location and we think it was good value for the price we paid. Our host was friendly, communicative and helpful, for example allowing us to check in an hour or so early without issues and when we flagged that two of the AC units weren't fit for purpose, one was replaced within a day and the second a few days later. So we were happy with our stay.That said, we encountered a few issues that I wanted to share as feedback for the property owner and to inform future guests.The overriding sense we got was that this place could be so, so much better with just a little bit more money spending on it, it felt like corners had been cut with some areas. Two bedrooms had portable, cheap AC units rather than fixed ones and replacing them was frustrating, even though our host did their best.The property doesn't have a washing machine which I should have noticed before booking but for a family holiday by the sea, this was frustrating too. The owner must be aware because there are directions to a local laundromat in the welcome pack.We were looking forward to sitting out on the porch but the porch isn't as welcoming as the pictures. The furniture feels dated and dusty, as does the porch generally, it just needs a good tidy up and new furniture.The 'loft room' has an uncomfortable sofa bed, as does the lounge. If a sofa bed is being used in a bedroom I would have hoped for a better one.The second bathroom is v small and felt grubby tbh.

Location was perfect. Sleeping arrangements were good. Main bedroom didn't have an air conditioning. Only ceiling fan. On a hot day it was uncomfortable. Otherwise very pleasant stay and the ocean was amazing

Overall, the location is AMAZING! Great neighbors. The kitchen and living areas were spacious. Air conditioners on each floor. Ice was in trays and frozen - added bonus! Beautiful front porch and chairs to sit and watch all the beach goers. Beds were comfortable.We did need help from a neighbor upon arrival to get the lock box open - minimal directions.There were NO sheets for the spare beds. I contacted the owner/manager and he stated that they were under the mattress. What we found was the inserts for duvets, but no sheets. We did find over 10 pillowcases. There were only 2 beach towels and two bath towels, we were 4 adults! Upon arrival, the fridge was not clean. The floors were not so clean as well! Minimal amenities. As small as the sink was in the back bathroom, it still needs a mirror. Possibly suggest to place another mirror on the wall outside the bathroom. Overall, NOT horrible, just needs proper cleaning and amenities.
