About this property

Spacious Beach House with Wraparound Porches in OCEAN GROVE

Welcome to our bright and spacious Ocean Grove beach home, conveniently located just 4 blocks to the beach and also 4 blocks to the charming town center.

The house has 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed (the bottom bed is a queen, the top is a twin) and a separate twin bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. There is also a futon in the upstairs living room that can be used to accommodate a 9th person.

There is 1 full bathroom upstairs with a large rainfall shower, and 1 half bath on the ground floor. 

Linens and towels (as well as beach towels) are included in your stay. A washer/dryer is also available for your use.

The house has air conditioning and heating, and can be rented and enjoyed year round. Wifi is also included.

The outside of the home has large wraparound porches on both the first floor and second floors, as well as a back patio with a grill for outdoor dining.

There is street parking on both streets of our corner home.

The house is walkable to the neighboring towns of Bradley Beach and Asbury Park which offer a boardwalk, world class restaurants and family activities like mini golf.

Please note there is a separate apartment on the 3rd floor of the house that may also be rented. Access is via the side staircase on the main porch.
It is locked and has a separate keypad. To rent the apt (extra bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room) please reach out to owner. Discount available.
Third floor apartment renters are not permitted to utilize the house’s outdoor spaces except for entry/exit to the apartment.

This is a lovely house only 4 blocks from the beach.It is clean and spacious, with a wraparound patio and stairways that make movement within it fun. There are plenty of beach towels and chairs.The hosts are friendly, quick to respond to questions and requests.Aside from the good situation that our family is growing older and larger than the house can easily accommodate, we would not hesitate to return next summer.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The porches are amazing - we had a few rainy days and the beaches were closed but the upper porch was the perfect spot to hang out. Everything was clean, well stocked and the beds were all comfortable. Great place to stay, we will definitely book again!

Beautiful stay!

The property was lovely and in a great location near the beach and Main Ave. It's also in one of the few sections of town where you can actually get a parking spot! We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home.
