Great Lanai, loved to relax in shade with breeze. Close to everything. Easy to get anywhere. We rented a car, but easily traveled around island. You can see the ocean from the mastersweet and from the other side of house could see the other coast of island between neighboring houses.

yes property was clean and very good location and gated community. easy access to all the beaches, close to very good vegan restaurants and grocery is 15 to 20 minutes ride.everything was 5 starsonly master bathroom toilet started a weired noise everyday continuesoly for 8 days sta. every night when we flush the toilet, then 1st we notify them, and we don't know if someone come to fix the issue or not buy it was same noise 2nd 3rd or till last day

The response time and communication was amazing. There were some issues as any house would have and they communicated quickly to resolve. The place had everything needed. Even beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. Beautiful set up. More than enough room for 20 people even though you're not going to have that many people there. Location was not far from a lot of places. The Ethnia Nativa was about a block away. If you're into culture please go visit. Nice full of art and culture house. Also the microwave is low enough and the house is wheelchair friendly with low reaching appliances. Lots of storage is up high but the main items except cups are low.

We lived our stay at Tierra Del Sol. The management communication was stellar! The house was clean and everything was in great condition. No fault of this house but the pool left a lot to be desired. The hot tub was broken for the entirety of our 14 day stay! Let that sink in, 14 days, no hot tub. I wanted by an employee to check with the Spa to see if we can use their hot tub, which I did and the receptionist said no, and was a little rude about it. Plus they jack hammered the concrete for several days and roped off and unsafe. Tierra Del Sol needs to do better! But to finish, the house and rental company were excellent!
