Quality mahogany doors. In addition to this spacious villa is a lovely private mandevilla vine courtyard… entering the “honeymoon suite” Guest House complete with air conditioning, a Queen bamboo bed, night stands & bureau and wardrobe closet. Enjoy privacy seated at the couch watching your 40” LG Tv. The kitchenette is complete with a table & chairs, cooktop, coffee pot, blender, etc. & full size refrigerator. The GH bathroom has a 48” vanity and spacious 2 person shower. It is available exclusively for Villa guests requesting more space, and is separately charged. he Guesthouse w/kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator, & shower is rented separately, as needed).

Our ‘Sand an’ Sea’ Villa (SO NAMED FOR IT’S CHOSEN COLORED DECOR THROUGHOUT) ) is located in the secure, gated community of Tierra Del Sol, & the prestigious GOLF, TENNIS & FITNESS SPA resort community in Aruba. We are minutes away from several spectacular beaches: Arashi, Boca Catalina Cove, Malmok & the world-famed Eagle Beach.

The villa accommodations are paradise -themed bedrooms:
2 KING MASTER En-suite bedrooms - the ‘PALM' room and the ‘ISLAND’ room. Our 3rd villa bedroom is the QUEEN ‘SEASHELL’ bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. All bedrooms have 40" Smart TV’s w/ mini split inverter air conditioners, for your night’s comfort. Our luxurious bedding provides 18"pillow-top mattresses, down pillows and 600 thread - count sheets. The two KING en-suites have double vanities & feature travertine tile & dual-head shower fixtures.
Each of the master bedrooms flow freely outdoors independently & provide access to the pool/gazebo area.

There are custom blinds, & draperies for privacy, & windows & heavy mahogany doors w/ retractable screens for you to enjoy those tropical breezes!

Our new gourmet kitchen boasts an ‘island-sized’ 9’ granite -topped island, for meal preps, dining, or just simply gathering, & offers every amenity you could want... a 30" deep stainless sink, Groehe faucet, LG appliances & Cuisinart small appliances in the spacious 20x17' kitchen, with seating for 6+. It has a new LG inverter 24 cu' refrigerator w/ ice maker, on-demand filtered water window, & french split door-in-door easy- access panels.
Our stainless inverter DW is exceptionally quiet and our 5 burner stainless convection stove is a joy to cook on... well, occasionally!
There is a separate AVANTI 35 capacity wine bottle refrigerator (WOW! ) and new stackable, energy efficient, Electrolux Washer & Dryer appliances.

The LR is equipped with luxurious Italian Leather sofa & loveseat, an oversized comfy rattan- armed chair, a 55' 4k LG- TV, Netflix optional and SONY DVD player with a DVD library and a fun selection of board games!

The 8’ kitchen sliding glass patio door leads to our backyard extended living area which features our custom pool and marble canes area with teak loungers, an open-air pergola, a vaulted ceiling & covered shade gazebo with a large round TEAK dining table seating 6+ with a beautiful chandelier overhead which dims to perfection while enjoying romantic evening meals! A BBQ for grilling, & refrigerator w/wet bar & blender is there for your extended Happy Hour!

The stone & marble pool CABANA area has comfortable teak chaise loungers, a ‘sit-in-the -sun’ table/chairs, & an authentic thatched -roof palapa for a shady poolside respite…all surrounded by bamboo palms, cactus & other tropical plants.
There is a fun outdoor shower for that ‘open-air experience’ after a refreshing swim…aaaah Tranquilo !
Our pool lights display a rainbow of colors & can be turned on & off easily…enjoy the light show!

We enjoy our morning bird “musicians’ in our peaceful front yard along with our breakfast, under the shade of the front entry DIVI tree... A sweet way to start the day!! Bon Dia! Complete with a self-irrigating bird bath & a bird feeder you may enjoy watching the show.
There is an 8' screened PATIO door and all solid interior mahogany doors which ensure privacy for all guests in this sprawling one floor, 2000 sq.' villa set on ~ 1000m3.

We have beach chairs & coolers & beach towels!! Bring your favorite book & bathing suit!
