This listing can accommodate 13 people in beds, however there is sleeping space for an additional 7 guests on sofa beds. Maximum 20 guests total.
Additional sleeping space includes 3 couches and a futon:
2 couches on upper floor in loft
1 futon on main floor in den (for comfort, best suited for children)
1 couch on lower floor in rec room.
Each one easily converts to a double bed, all bedding and towels provided.

Outdoor Space: This home includes a backyard and large covered wrap around deck. The wrap around deck has a BBQ, dining sets, patio swing and mini fridge. The lower covered deck has an 8 person hot tub, ping pong table, seating area, and the large private yard has lots of room for a quiet read by the pond, a nap in the hammock under the trees, or some serious lawn game competition.
Two paddle boards are available for guest use to enjoy some non-motorized lake fun, and a wagon to haul your supplies to the beach.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
-We offer a high chair and pack-and-play pen upon request. Please let us know in advance if this is requested by your group
-We have a wagon and 2 paddle boards available for guest use. Please use with care as damage may result in charges.
-The hot tub is open for year-round use and has scheduled maintenance as well as maintenance between each guest. If scheduled maintenance occurs during your stay, we will do our best to inform in advance and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. Any misuse of hot tub requiring drainage and cleaning after a stay will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
-Yard and lawn care may need to occur during your stay. We will do our best to inform guests in advance.
-Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes not allowed
-The North Shuswap does not have waste services. Garbage must be taken by guests, either to Ross Creek Country Store ($5/bag)or Scotch Creek Transfer Station (by weight).
-Pests and pollen; due to the fact that we are in a rural setting surrounded by trees and nature, we cannot avoid encountering seasonal pollen, small creatures, and insects. We maintain a regular pest control schedule and thoroughly clean between guests, however some pollen deposits and insects are beyond our control. We request that doors and screens are not left open during your stay to help minimize unwanted visitors. :)
-We use a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. We use a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
