Come experience the beauty of the Shuswap in our 4 bedroom fully equipped lakefront cabin. Our house sleeps 13 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 sofa beds. Enjoy a peaceful day on the beach watching the kids play while you sit on the deck or put your toes in the water off our dock while they swim. (water toys not included) Or jump in your boat and enjoy a day on the lake. Wake up early and try your luck fishing to bring back dinner and cook it over an open fire (restrictions permitting) the opportunities for fun are endless on the Shuswap!

This is a perfect house for a family to enjoy the lake. The house was clean and cozy. The beach was amazing and allowed the kids to swim, boat, jump off the dock and play all day.

Memorable spot for a family reunion!

Kris' place was perfect for our family get together! It has lots of places to sleep, many quiet areas where people can have a moment alone, and quick, easy access to the water. The dock was perfect for SUPing, kayaking, swimming, and the various boats we rented. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone (aged 8-78) had a great time, and the kids are already asking to go back to the lake next year. One note: the basement is spacious but fairly spartan, and not ideal for tall people. But it does offer some privacy from the rest of the house, and a second washer and dryer.Overall, highly recommended!

Cabin on Lake

The cabin worked well for our family. Well equipped with dishes, glasses, towels.The deck was not clean, as it had many spiders, webs, dirty rug and windows. The BBQ was filthy. We could not use it until we cleaned it. We had to fill the propane tank which has expired. Would have liked to have known to buy drinking water.

Location was beautiful. We did not know that the 4th bedroom was in a basement that could be accessed only by the outside. This would have been helpful information when booking. We did appreciate the double bunk beds and the crib in one of the rooms. Dock was easy to access with our boat. No beach this time of year but the downstairs patio was nice to sit out on. It would have been nice if the patio was cleaner and the willow tree was trimmed. We had to clean everything before sitting out there and walk through the overgrowth to get to the dock. Overall a great place to bring the family to enjoy the Shuswap. Thank you.

Great Location!

Beautiful location right on the beach! Beds where comfortable and clean. Spacious place. The bedrooms upstairs have their own A/C units, which I loved! I would suggest that the host replace all the kitchen stuff. There was no sharp knives, no cookis sheets, everything is random, the frying pan sticks, and the pots should definitely not be used. Need big mixing/salad bowls. When we arrived there was dirty diahes in the dishwasher and the BBQ was really dirty, hopefully they are able to find a good cleaner. Other then the kitchen stuff, we did enjoy our stay here. And our host was very good at communicating.
