Amenities were horrible. The light in bathroom was out. The living room light above the kitchen table had one light bulb out. Should have 2 twin beds instead of king bed. No space to walk in bedroom. Very crowded. The chair in living room has stains covered up by a blanket. Rugs in bathroom looked like they have not been washed. Very dark in the unit. Location is good.

Comfortable unit, central location

We chose this property for its proximity to the Summit County rec paths, and it was great for that. We also appreciated the king bed, deep tub, comfortable furniture, good TV, well-stocked kitchen, and good dining area. With the exception of a bit of noise from the nearby traffic circle, it was quiet and the trees around it were lovely and soothing. We enjoyed our stay and the ease of accessing numerous bike paths in the area. Great value!

Bugs and spiders in the place. Dirty. Poor lighting. Very dark. Furniture was dirty. No air conditioning. Unit was 80 degrees when we checked in. The unit was only 100 ft away from a major road and round about. Extremely noisy and hard to sleep. Traffic didn’t stop until 2 am then started up at 6 am. I would never recommend this dump to anyone and if I could get my money back I would. There was no mention of the cleanliness and the noise in the description. False advertising as far as I am concerned.
