Great cozy place. Bedroom a bit tight but comfortable. Pick up of keys was difficult as city had streets closed.

Frisco is the place to stay!
Place is ok. Eco friendly thermostat left us cold a few times by automatically going down into the 50's. There is no way to cook breakfast without the hallway smoke alarm going off so we had to open the slider and front door. The clubhouse is nice but my son was disappointed that the fitness room was just a spare room in the clubhouse with a stationary bike and an elliptical machine. Overall the place was fine and inexpensive.

Hi Frank, Thank you for your review. We are glad you found it "fine and inexpensive." I'm not really sure what to say about the thermostat and hall smoke alarm. If you had mentioned these things while you were here we happily would have checked on them for you but we have not experienced any issues with these items, nor have they been reported by other renters. Thanks, John Forest Bighorn Rentals
Good. View not as good because of stacked up wood on deck. Tv did not work the 1st night. Hot tub jets did not work and inside clubhouse was closed and we did not know that ahead of time. Too much noise in the area because of the various construction around the area and the town in general.
Excellent experience! Highly recommend this property as well as the staff running it. Class acts, all of them.
Property was fully outfitted with everything you’d need for a nice trip. Small touches here and there, made it even better. Super clean too! My “hat is off” to the owners of this place.
Thank you!
Very clean and comfortable, everything as described. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Kitchen well furnished. Beautiful snowy view of mountains from balcony. Management very responsive and available when anything was needed. The only slight disappointment was the "tiny" bathroom. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations. Perfect for couples romantic getaway.
this property was sufficient for a short stay and it was clean. Property has not been updated in many many years and it is quite small not to mention the flights of stairs to carry your bags and groceries up to the room from garage. Not all hotubs were working therefore they were overly crowded with kids and a bunch of men getting drunk and carrying on, not suitable for children due to foul language. Lastly, the property management company hit us with a cleaning fee that was in addition to what is disclosed on this site so the owners changed the contract without any prior knowledge until we checked in. Buyer beware!

Thank you so much for your review. There are several false statements here and we tried to get VRBO to remove it but they refused. First, it is true that this property is located on the second floor of the building (hence unit number 229). And that's it for the true statements. It is 100% false that this property has not been updated in many years. The owners added new furniture including the large flatscreen TV in the living area about a year and a half ago. The pictures are an accurate representation of how the property looks. It is 100% false that we charged an extra cleaning fee that was "in addition to what is disclosed on this site." Show us the cleaning fee that we "hit" you with and I'll be happy to refund it. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals

Weekend Stay
The condo is a second floor unit. The heater wouldn't seem to turn off and it was set too warm for my preference. Although a little dated, it was functional and suited our needs.
