One covered boat slip w/hoist (23', 3000lb Max, vhull) available for tenant use, along with floating dock with tie-up space, lights, and electricity. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day on the water easy and convenient.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
