Tree Vue’s is a 5-bedroom 4-bathroom home set on 3 acres that has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the incredible treetop vistas and rolling hills of the Gunyulgup Valley. The central open plan living zone adjoins the two separate Guest wings each with a Master suite, and a kid’s retreat is located downstairs making it the ideal layout for extended family get togethers.

The impressive and spacious country style kitchen will have you cooking up a storm in style. Includes copious bench space with an island breakfast bench, and all modern appliances including gas stovetop, 3 electric ovens with steam and baking functions, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.

The dining area flows on from the kitchen and overlooks the sunken living area. Enjoy a family meal at the luxurious 10-seater dining table with the comfort of a split system heating and cooling unit for year-round climate control.

The sunken living area is bathed in natural light from the large surrounding windows, and is the perfect place to admire the views and unwind after a day exploring the South West. The area boasts an expansive lounge, Smart TV and a grand wood fireplace that provides ambience and warmth on those chilly winter evenings, while the ceiling fans are a welcomed addition in the warmer months.

The expansive outdoor balcony is sure to become the favourite destination of your stay. A comfy lounge suite, 8-seater dining setting and gas BBQ provides the perfect setting for a sundowner with friends or a place to enjoy a BBQ feast while overlooking the magnificent valley vistas and spot the friendly local kangaroos. External outdoor blinds are conveniently provided.

A fantastic outdoor firepit is in the ideal position to sit around with family or friends and admire the views over the tree tops as the sun sets over the valley (for use outside of fire ban season only).
