Through its gated courtyard with arched entrance, this open and airy villa greets you with immediate marsh views of Stoney Creek. The living area invites light with vaulted ceilings and a two-level wall of windows; plus the room offers a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and sleeper sofa.
Also enjoying the splendid marshside vista, the dining room seats six, with sliding glass doors, which access the back deck. The kitchen is fully appointed with every major appliance, plus a nearby laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.
Up the staircase – which is open to the living room below – are two bedrooms. The master boasts a cathedral ceiling, king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and private marshview balcony. The bathroom includes a wide vanity and glass door tub/shower combination.
With a tropical motif, the second bedroom provides twin beds, bead board furnishings, ceiling fan and private balcony. Its bathroom includes a roomy vanity and glass door tub/shower.
This villa not only offers a picturesque marsh view and an on-site pool, but it is also situated in an ideal location, just a short walk from the Harbour Town filled with shopping, dining and boating. And, within walking-distance is the convenience of the Harbour Town Golf Links and the Sea Pines Racquet Club, with the Sea Pines Beach Club a short bike ride away.
