Golf at the two sea Pines courses were excellent. The nearby swimming pool was clean. The proximity to Harbourtown was very close. We walked every day and the neighborhood community was beautiful! This is the second time we have been at the same property and we hope to come again next year. The house was immaculately, clean and well stocked.

The location was perfect. Close to anything that you needed or wanted. The house was great and stocked with everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owner was on top of a minor issue we had and resolved quickly!

Nice clean property. Great location. Very spacious for our group of five. Host was very responsive and addressed an A/C issue promptly when notified. Would not hesitate to stay here again. House is well stocked with everything you need as well which was an added bonus.

Love this place!

We have stayed at several houses in Hilton head and this is out favorite. It was clean, roomy, and in a quiet location. We would buy it if it ever went on sale. We will be back.

Fantastic family fun

The property was exactly as described. Our Host was excellent on communication and most helpful with all of our questions. The location was only 2 miles from our other family members and clise to South Beach and our favorite Salty Dog hang out. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for having such a great h9me to stay in.

A perfect place to make memories

We loved our stay in Sea Pines with our family! We had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, close bike ride to the beach club, Harbortown, and South Beach. We enjoyed the pool and playground area which is close by. The four seasons porch was a delightful place to read a book at the end of a sun filled day. The place was clean and exactly as described. We will be back! Highly recommend.

One of the best properties we’ve rented! We have stayed at some show-stopping properties all over 30A… but this property was totally stocked with convenient amenities that we typically spend hundreds of dollars purchasing on vacation. I’ll elaborate:-coffee, coffee filters, aluminum foil, ziplocs, herbs, spices, coolers, sunscreen, bug repellent and appropriate first aid kit, detergents, fabric softener, etc. The list could go on forever. It was a nice surprise at check-in to know we have these conveniences at no extra cost. Thank you for being so aware and accommodating!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay on HHI. The house was so comfortable and relaxing. We stayed with three kids (10 and under) and everyone had space to play and relax. The house has very thoughtful details, like a stocked pantry with spices and plastic baggies (amazing!), plus a laundry closet with swim towels, first aid. It's just above and beyond what we often see in a rental and was so appreciated, even if we didn't need or use the items. Laura was super responsive with our questions (even over a holiday weekend!). The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed seeing wildlife in the little creek behind the house. If you are ever thinking of traveling for Thanksgiving, we highly recommend HHI and this home!

Top Notch

This is our 19th year to stay in Sea Pines as various places. This was our first year at 94. First it is better than the pictures on line. The kitchen is well equipped plus supply items like soap, bags etc. The floor plan is excellent. Mattresses and good. Owner and property manager are very responsive which is a pleasure. Hope to return next year.
