The sofa extends into a double bed for extra sleeping options. Please note a small surcharge ($20) is required for the use of sofa bedding. Level three: Queen bedroom, bathroom, laundry cupboard and access to roof terrace. Please be aware there is a separate studio dwelling on the ground floor, below this apartment. The entire space is yours to enjoy. There is no parking available but there are parking buildings very close by. Upon arrival it might be easier to park on the sidewalk in front of the apartment so you can easily unload your luggage first before finding a car park nearby. Our apartment is located in the heart of Te Aro, moments from Wellington’s vibrant café culture, world-class dining, breweries, roof-top bars, galleries and boutique retail offerings, parks and the waterfront. We are one street back from Cuba Street and local favourites such as Loretta, Kisa, Highwater and many more! You can access the entire CBD by foot - there is no need for a car during your stay!
