This newly renovated one-bedroom, two-bath unit is perfect for your beach vacation! From your 21st floor balcony, enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf! Bring your binoculars to catch the rays dancing in the waves in the morning. There is a spacious living room and kitchen, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. Included in the kitchen are a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals or to enjoy your favorite cocktail. Also provided in the unit are a washer and dryer. This beautiful condo features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, built-in bunk beds in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Our condo will sleep up to 5 guests comfortably and is the perfect getaway for you and your family. This condo comes with free beach service seasonally. Seychelles Beach Resort has some of the quickest elevators on the beach so you and your family won't spend time waiting on an elevator to come! Enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Gulf in seconds!

This condo comes with Complementary Beach Service which is Seasonal and ends 10/31. – which includes two (2) lounge chairs with pads and an umbrella.

Seychelles Beach Resort is located on the east end of the beach, close to shops and restaurants, as well as amusements such as a zoo, deep-sea fishing, sailing, diving, and many other area attractions. It is within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and right next to Schooners Restaurant!

PARKING at the premises is limited to two cars in the off-peak season. During the peak, season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage. For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on the webpage.

All units will be limited to one parking pass for the following times:
o Thursday, May 25, 2023 – Sunday, May 28, 2023
o Saturday, June 17, 2023 – Saturday, July 29, 2023
o Thursday, August 31, 2023 – Sunday, September 3, 2023
o Thursday –Sunday in October 2023 for Schooner's Lobster Fest (Event dates not yet available)

If based on occupancy parking is available on the deck, an additional parking pass can be purchased directly from the HOA office upon approval from the owner. No boats, jet skis, trailers, or RVs. Property bands should be worn at all times while on the common areas of the property, especially at the pool or on the pool deck.

The room was amazing. We’ve been coming to PCB for years and this is by far our favorite condo. It was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. I loved all the extra hooks!! Plus the sunset views were amazing! It was also the best height to view all the marine life. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time Every Year

This is a very nice place to stay. Always clean net and very nicely taken care of. We stay here every year this was our fourth year staying. Owners take very good care of their place they share with others. Highly recommend!!

Great stay at Seychelles, will book again!

We've stayed at Seychelles several times and will definitely book this unit again. It is just as pictured with beautiful decor plus very clean and super comfortable. We really enjoyed the nice chairs on the balcony and spent many hours there enjoying the gulf view. You can't beat staying right next door to Schooners, our favorite beach bar, and we enjoyed being able to walk to Patches for a casual, fun meal on the patio. We also like being so close to great dining options like Captain Anderson's and The Grand Marlin. The beach service with chairs and umbrella is particularly nice and one of the reasons we initially booked this unit. We definitely look forward to booking again!

Weekend getaway

Renting this property was a breeze. The location on the 21st floor was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. One issue that was a minor irritant: Check in was at 4. The code to the door apparently doesn’t work until 4:01. We arrived early and tried several times to see if we could get in a little early but that code would not work. We’ll have to remember that next time.

Perfect!

This is just what we needed to relax on Spring Break! We always like staying at Seychelles, and this is the first time to rent from these owners. Communication was great, condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of places to relax in the great room. The balcony has chairs and tables and is a n inviting space to sit and watch the ocean and sunsets. I had a question the first night we arrived and texted the owner. She immediately responded and kept in touch to make sure the issue was resolved (small issue with the remote control). We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was as advertised. We decided to leave a day early bc of weather and around 4pm the day before check out we were informed via message that maintenance was coming to do an inspection although I had already checked out I feel as if that isn't appropriate to have an inspection while the condo is rented. Other than that no complaints.

Last minute getaway

Very clean and well decorated property. Owners were very helpful, even offered a partial refund due to the pool/hot tub being closed unexpectedly during our stay. It’s at a very quiet end of the beach, which was just what we were looking for! Schooners being next door was convenient!

Just as described! Very easy to communicate with owners. If you love to socialize and meeting new people then this is the place for you. Next door to schooners, a local favorite and a full beach.
