The house was clean and the fenced in yard was very convenient for our pups and small kids. The close proximity to the park and shops was great. Everything was as described. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay despite the uncooperative weather. Would definitely visit again.

It’s great to hear the house was clean, the fenced yard worked well for your pups and little ones, and the nearby park and shops made exploring easy. We’re glad everything was as described and that you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, even with the weather. We’d be happy to welcome you back.
We loved our week at the swan’s rest. It was perfectly appointed with all you’d need for a family beach week. Beach chairs, monogrammed Turkish towels, toys for the beach, boogie boards, throw blankets, games, movies, coolers, coozies, and spacious closets and even a pantry. Plenty of space! Updated bathrooms. Comfy beds. Beautiful art collection. Charming children’s room with a big bunk bed and books. Options for brewing coffee. A place to charge your golf cart in the back by the shed. Nice appliances. Some spices and pantry essentials. My only negative comment is that you can definitely hear the attached duplex neighbors when they have music or tv or guests. We also would recommend that the access code provided by the rental group work on the front and back doors (not just the front). Loved it. Likely to return!

Thank you for the great review. Glad the home had everything your family needed for a beach week, beach gear, monogrammed towels, toys and games, updated baths, comfy beds, the charming kids’ bunk room, pantry space and the golf-cart charging spot. Sorry about noise from the attached duplex and that the access code didn’t work on the back door, we’ve shared both items with our team to address. Hope to welcome you back.
