It was a great house with a great view. We enjoyed our time there. It was easy to find, easy check-in and check-out, close to everything, and plenty of space for everyone. There were a couple things that would have made it absolutely perfect: use of the elevator (stairs were very hard for my 75 year old in-laws), beach chairs and beach umbrella(we had nothing to sit on when we went to the beach), a hot tub, and a working grill (it took over 40 minutes to grill burgers and hotdogs, it wouldn't get above 250 degrees).

This property had a great location, being right on the beach and only 2 houses down from the Village Beach Club. The inclusion of the Beach Club was a major benefit for our stay in particular because the flies on the beach were very bad for most of our stay, which was not the fault of the owner, just bad timing. The property was clean and well kept. It had a big living area for large groups to gather and the view from it was beautiful, right out into the ocean. The driveway is large and has room for 4-5 vehicles easily. The decks were sizable and had plenty of furniture for large groups. My only complaints are small ones: Front door was quite stiff and probably due to be replaced. The fridge did not have a water dispenser. The patio furniture did not have the cushions shown in the listing.The grill was not cleaned for us to use during our visit and was quite filthy.The two chairs in the living room that were supposed to recline did not. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable according to those who slept in them.The sand bank getting down to the beach from the deck was very steep. These complaints are all minor and did not really negatively affect our stay. We would book again.

Host very welcoming, easy rental, beautiful home, well appointed, great ocean views, great location. Very cold, windy and snowy weather put pressure on heating system but rental company poor used space heatrers. Also, at no fault of owners or rental company, the beach had experienced extensive beach erosion and 10-foot escarpments, so we had no beach access at the house. We understood that Nags Head deals with this and successfully repairs the erosion, planned again for this year.

This home is AMAZING! It was spotless, beautifully decorated with a coastal touch, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home around the large dining table—perfect for family gatherings. The highlight, though, was the expansive deck and the private boardwalk leading straight to the beach—such a rare and special feature that made our stay unforgettable. This property is truly a gem, and we can’t wait to come back

We stayed at Cindys Dream in Nags Head, overall a fantastic vacation,despite a village realty employee almost ruining it. The home itself is older, but nice. From the first day I asked about the blue cushions for the lounge furniture that were in numerous pictures for the property. They were not present upon arrival. Not sure who I spoke to initially, but she was cordial and tried to explain the situation and said she would work on getting an answer from the owners. We arrived Saturday, by Monday afternoon there were still no cushions and no answers. We had other maintenance questions, and thus called in. I spoke with Rebekah who was Extremely Rude and hostile. She is the employee that almost ruined our vacation. She had an attitude as soon as the call started and once we began to discuss the blue cushions she very rudely cut me off mid sentence and got defensive about a refund. 1. At no point in time did I request a refund.2. I was on the cusp of asking for a partial credit since the cushions were not available and were highly advertised in the pictures with the property. Perhaps 50 to 100 so we could go buy our own cushions locally. Nobody wants to sit all day on hard chairs. Anyhow, she never let me get this out and kept on being defensive and rude. I was very unhappy with my experience with her. I hope that someone educates her on how to engage better in customer service situations. She can't try to manage dream vacations and ruin them at the same time with rudeness. I
