Studio for 2 people, condition of use, located in Heliopolis entrance FGH, on the 1st floor without elevator, inside side. Living room with a wardrobe bed. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker... Bathroom with toilet. Large terrace, east facing. Parking No. 148.Deposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Tourist tax to be paid on site 1.15 euro/day/person . Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Popldays customers).
